Kyle Neveau

Founder & Principal

Kyle Neveau focuses exclusively on investment advisory services within the healthcare real estate sector, working with independent physician groups, practice owners, and medical real estate investors on acquisition and disposition strategies across medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, and outpatient properties in the Southeast.

Kyle brings over eight years of commercial real estate experience spanning advisory, underwriting, and transaction execution. Prior to founding Rossi Capital, he served in advisory roles at Healthcare Real Estate Advisors (HREA), Lee & Associates, and Kidder Mathews, guiding clients from initial valuation through contract negotiation and closing.
